These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Cashew Shop website and any quotation, order, or supply of goods by us. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Use of the Website

The content on this website is provided for general information about our products and business. You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use its content for unlawful purposes.

2. Quotations and Pricing

All prices and quotations are subject to change and to confirmation at the time of order. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, and freight unless expressly stated otherwise. Quotations remain valid for the period stated on them.

3. Orders and Minimum Quantities

We supply on a wholesale basis only. The minimum order quantity is 100 kg across assorted grades. Orders are confirmed only upon our written acceptance and, where required, receipt of the agreed advance.

4. Packaging

Products are supplied in 10 kg vacuum-sealed export packs unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as stated in the invoice or accepted quotation. We may require an advance payment before dispatch. Late or failed payments may result in suspension of supply and applicable recovery costs.

6. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk

Delivery timelines are estimates and depend on stock, logistics, and destination. Risk in the goods passes as stated in the agreed delivery terms (for example, FOB, CIF, or ex-factory). Title passes only upon receipt of full payment.

7. Product Grades and Quality; Claims

Products are supplied according to the grade and specification agreed at the time of order. Any claim relating to quality, grade, or quantity must be notified in writing within 48 hours of receipt, with the goods kept available for inspection. Our liability for valid claims is limited to replacement, refund, or credit at our discretion.

8. Cancellations and Returns

Cancellations are accepted only before dispatch and with our written consent. Returned goods are accepted only where a valid claim has been approved and the goods are returned in their original, unopened packaging. Freight and handling charges on returns may apply.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and the Cashew Shop name and logo, is owned by or licensed to us and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profit or business, arising from the use of this website or from the supply of goods.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Cuddalore, Tamil Nadu.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
